Breeder Referrals

The Breeder Referral page is a way for our club members to list puppies and adult Shelties they currently have available. While our breeders are members in good standing of the Evergreen State Shetland Sheepdog Club, the ESSSC, or its members, in no circumstances guarantees or warrants their services or the quality or health of dogs purchased from them. It is important to have a clear understanding with the breeder as well as a contract. Most of our breeders require that dogs sold as pets will be spayed or neutered. 

Please feel free to contact the breeders at their websites below for availability. Breeders often keep a waiting list with names of prospective buyers for future litters. 

Bringing a dog into the family is a long term commitment. Shelties are very social dogs and need to be in the house with their family at least part of the time. If you feel you are not ready for this commitment and responsibility, please be understanding and not get one in until you are ready.
